Reflejos del Barroco Español

From the perspective of major European Baroque cultural centers, Spain was not merely an empire in decline but a source of inspiration and influence, one that often gave rise to clichés detached from the artistic output actually being produced on the Peninsula at the time. Drawing on their British and Spanish roots, the members of the Lowe Ensemble appear in the Young Performers series, engaging with the 17th-century Iberian musical corpus through a diverse array of French, Italian, and English perspectives.

Sunday concert live on Canal March and MarchVivo (YouTube), with a presenter.

Two-thirds of the tickets are allocated by lottery one week in advance. The remainder are distributed at the box office one hour before the event.
